The “green movement has taken the world by storm, yet many people may not know the full extent of financial benefits and drawbacks associated with “going green.”
Join ULI Louisiana and AIA New Orleans for a breakfast session to learn about The GREEN ($$$) of Green. The session will offer insight about the LEED certification process, about the Owner’s perspective, as well as the tax and legal perspectives associated with “going green.”
