The Department of Public Works for the East Baton Rouge City Parish has implemented a web-based Request for Qualification (RFQ) distribution system.  The RFQ system will be used for engineering, architectural, and other services selected through the RFQ process.  The system will be accessible later this week at www.brprojects.com.

Starting the week of May 18th, 2009 DPW RFQs will be distributed to interested parties using the system.  Subscribers to the system will recieve an email notification when new RFQs are published by DPW.  The email notification will include a description of the RFQ and a link to download a PDF file of the RFQ document.

Starting the week of May 18th, 2009 DPW RFQs will be distributed using the web-based system only.  It will no longer be required for consultants to travel to DPW to pick up RFQs as paper-based RFQs will no longer be provided by DPW.  Advertisements announcing RFQs will still be placed in the newspaper.
